At Rocking Y Kennels, Dobermans aren’t just what we breed they’re part of our family.
We are a small, family-run kennel located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, dedicated to raising loyal, healthy Doberman Pinschers the right way. Every dog in our program lives in our home with us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because we believe the best foundation for a well-adjusted, loving companion starts with being raised as a family dog from day one.
We fell in love with the Doberman for exactly the qualities the breed is known for. Their unwavering loyalty, their intelligence, and their drive. There is no dog quite like a Doberman, and once you’ve had one, it’s impossible to imagine life without them.
As a health-focused kennel, all of our breeding dogs undergo both OFA health testing and genetic health testing before being included in our program. We are committed to producing puppies that are not only beautiful and well-tempered, but built to live long, healthy lives with their families.
We may be a newer kennel, but our commitment to the breed, to our dogs, and to the families who trust us with a Rocking Y puppy is anything but new. Every litter we raise is raised with the same care and love we give our own family, because to us, that’s exactly what they are.

When you bring home a Rocking Y Kennels puppy, you don’t just get a dog. You get a team behind you for the life of that dog.
From the moment our puppies are born, they receive hands-on care, early socialization, and the kind of daily attention that only comes from being raised in a family home. Before they ever go home with you, they are handled, loved, and introduced to the sights, sounds, and experiences that set them up for success as confident, well-adjusted companions.
Our support doesn’t stop at pickup day. We are here for every question, every milestone, and every challenge whether your puppy is eight weeks old or eight years old.

No judgment, no questions, no dog left without a safe place to land. Every dog we bring into this world is our responsibility for the entirety of their life, and we take that seriously.
